Baytown Medical Center

Our Baytown Medical Center project is situated at the intersection of I-10 and TX-99, offering direct access to State Hwy 146. It's slated to open in early 2025. Phase 1 includes a 2-story, 30,000 sqft retail center in Baytown, and we have pad sites available for sale to businesses that will enhance our project.

Baytown is a rapidly growing industrial hub, just 17 miles from the Port of Houston. Our Baytown Retail Center is strategically located in front of the Meritage Home Development and falls under the highly regarded Barbers Hills School District. With the ongoing expansion of industrial development and Exxon's $2 billion Texas Refinery expansion, Baytown is poised for substantial growth in the coming years.

The recent construction of a new 5-story tower hospital by Methodist Hospital in Baytown underscores the increasing demand and expansion in the area. We're excited to be a part of Baytown's growth and contribute by providing a new retail center to serve the expanding community.
