Since 2011, XAG has been building their own portfolio of gas stations, utilizing their expertise in the development and comprehensive knowledge of the gas station customer experience. As of 2016, they shifted the focus from operating their own gas stations to solely developing gas stations for third party operators within the master development. This allows XAG to leverage their development expertise to benefit clients and enhance the overall value of the development.
