TaD’s Louisiana Kitchen is an inspiring success story that originated with our President and founder, when he embarked on his journey in the restaurant industry at the age of 18. This venture has grown into a full-service Cajun restaurant and bar, providing a family-friendly atmosphere where everyone can savor the authentic flavors of the South.
The journey began with a modest 800-square-foot order-to-go store, which he later transformed into a spacious 2,500-square-foot stand-alone building to establish a full-service restaurant. This expansion introduced a fresh and innovative concept to Katy, culminating in the acquisition of a 1.5-acre plot with an impressive 8,000-square-foot restaurant space. All current and future TaD’s restaurants are purpose-built, reflecting our unwavering commitment to delivering excellence.
TaD’s Louisiana Kitchen has consistently achieved remarkable growth, with the opening of our Youngsville branch in September 2023. Additionally, we have ambitious plans to open two to three more TaD’s restaurants over the next two years, guided by a proven site selection strategy.
