Xtra Foods is a well-known supermarket in Trinidad and Tobago nicknamed the “HEB of Trinidad.” Having more than 9 locations, the businesses started out as a supermarket and then developed into a retail center to host various international tenants including Starbucks, Ashley Furniture, and Subway. Illustrating growth and ability to manage international tenants and having expertise in the real estate industry from the CEO, motivated and founded XAG Group to initiate in the southern region of the Unites States.
